Sunday School Opportunities

Children ages 3 – 5: Presently, we have 3 sweet little members. The children enjoy a snack, Bible story, songs and hands-on crafts to help them connect with the story. Please invite any young children to participate in this exciting class.

1st - 6th Graders:  We are completing the curriculum, 13 Very Bad Days and How God Fixed Them and will soon begin 13 Very Cool Stories and Why Jesus Told Them. We also have snacks and games. We encourage all children to attend.

A nursery is provided for children up to age 2 during Sunday School and church.

Parents, please bring your children to Sunday School and then enjoy adult interaction in any one of our 3 adult classes. Your children will be receiving Christian education as they hear, read and discuss Bible stories and concepts and learn to apply them daily. You will also enhance your own faith and spiritual development as you are encouraged to live by God’s word. One last benefit of attending Sunday School is...you will never be late for the Worship Service!

If you have questions, please contact Pastor David Bauknight (803-480-2153), Karen Hibbard (864-426-1655), Margie Ruff (864-426-2726), or the church office (864-427-1266).

Children's Church

After Children's Moments during the church service each Sunday, younger children are encouraged to attend Children's Church. The children go with two adult teachers to the children's Sunday School classroom. The curriculum is Elevate which teaches children Bible stories and concepts. A snack is provided also. The children are picked up by their parents at the end of the church service.

Sunday Evening Opportunities

Sonshiners/MCF

Our Sonshiners/MCF (5K-5th grade) meet on Sunday evenings from 5:00pm - 6:30pm. They are provided a meal at 5:00 pm. The children then have a music time followed by a lesson from the Dig IN series and end with recreation.

Important Notice to MCF/Sonshiner parents: In order to keep our children from running out into a dark parking lot alone, we are asking that parents drive by the church kitchen doors to pick their children up. Our leaders will attend them until they are safely in the car with their ride home. Thank You!\
