Prayer for Protection Over Your Life

and Family in 2026

Lord Jesus,

I come before You asking for Your divine protection over my life and my family throughout 2026. Your word says in Psalm 91 that whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and that's where I want to stay—under Your covering, safe in Your care.

Protect us from every scheme of the enemy, Father. The Bible tells us that our adversary prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. But greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. I stand on that promise right now.

Keep us safe from accidents, sickness, and sudden danger. When we travel, go before us and behind us. When we sleep, watch over us. When we're at work or school, be our guard. Send Your angels to surround us wherever we go.

Protect our home, Lord. Let it be a place of peace, safety, and refuge. No weapon formed against my household will prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment will be condemned.

Guard our minds from fear, anxiety, and negative thoughts. Protect our hearts from bitterness, unforgiveness, and doubt. Shield our relationships from division, misunderstanding, and the enemy's attempts to tear us apart.

Father, cover my children with Your hand. Protect them from harmful influences, wrong friendships, and every trap the enemy sets for the next generation. Surround them with Your favor as with a shield.

I trust You, Lord. You are my fortress, my refuge, and my deliverer. Because You are watching over us, we can walk through 2026 with confidence, knowing we are safe in Your arms.
